This year, the team and I sat down to discuss the holiday schedules, and I decided it was better to let them all go home and spend time with their families and NOT at work. The girls are FFgirls. They are YOU. They have friends and family, and spending quality time with their loved ones makes them feel better and thrive at work.
I get a lot of feedback from our customers about how responsive and great the team is at handling customer questions and ensuring all of you have products you LOVE. They really care about every customer order. We actually know some of you by heart! Mary D, Monica S... :)
From today to Friday, our offices are closed, so shipments won't be going out. All orders placed during this timeframe will receive complimentary priority 2-day shipping to make up for the inconvenience.
When I started FF, it has always been important to create a working environment that allowed women to feel empowered and thrive in their careers and personal life. Women have so many obligations in life, and if we could be a company that offered flexibility so that our girls could feel confident, smart, and capable, then we can really create change.
So far it hasn't been easy. You all have been growing with us, and you know we're trying to build technology and create products while maintaining supreme customer service. We appreciate your patience as we go thru these growing pains.
